If the Democrats have their way, the word universal will be the key word in this equation.
I understand that as of the end of the week the Latino lobby is so strong that the Democrats simply cannot afford to ignore their demands. One key demand: Universal health care for illegal aliens. I'll be writing to my elected officials later this weekend but in a nutshell I'm going to tell them this. I didn't start working 45 years ago to watch my tax dollars go to support individuals who aren't American and have no wish to become American. If our elected officials sell us out in return for the Latino vote, we ought to run them all out of town after tarring and feathering. These clowns were elected to represent their constituents not the special interest groups who shower these same officials with money.
