I watched the Republican debate on the economy last night and recognized how out of touch with reality these clowns are. The debate was in Michigan which is decimated by the loss of the auto industry and these guys were singing the praises of our economy.
On top of that, only two saw fit to say that our free trade agreements are ridiculous and hurting our national economy. One of those two stated that trade agreements must be a win/win situation for all parties. I would rather see us stick up for our national interests and let the other participants look out for their interests.
We have created a ruling class who is so out of touch with reality that they can't grasp how the middle class lives. In the final verdict, I have usually voted Republican, but last night was enough to turn me off on all the participants.
