The announcement was made today that Bear Stearns, the venerable stock brokerage, and Citic, the Chinese government's nationally owned investment bank, would invest 1 Billion dollars in each other.
This is like putting the fox in charge of the henhouse!
When are we ever going to learn that there are some things more important than the almighty buck!
